Got to say everything was great today. Told me as I walked in the door a little after 3 PM that they were on the dinner menu. That's what I was hoping for so I got right to it. Oysters & clams on the half shell were abundant and really good. Usually at most places you have to dig thru the ice to find a few. This was the opposite - had to dig between the clams & oysters to get to them. All the other food was great - only item missing was the salt shrimp which I didn't miss.

This place is disgusting. "Sushi' bar had mostly empty plates and those with offerings on it had avocado that was visibly browned (old sushi). I recommend avoiding this place.

Good.
My only issue was the sushi was a little closer to room temp than I like. I felt a little queasy afterward.
You serve yourself so service is really up to you! -

Everything is too salty, too sweet, too greasy or cold when it's supposed to be hot. The sushi is fish free for you vegans. I guess that's a plus. If this buffet was in a city that served real Chinese food, they would be out of business. Try U and Tea on Bethlehem's south side for real Chinese food

We found ourselves in the area and decided to go here on a recent evening. Arrived at 8:00 PM and found the restaurant pretty empty even though they did not close for another two hours. The selection on the buffet was pretty average for an Asian buffet - nothing special. We were disappointed, though, that nothing was refilled while we were there. Empty pans remained empty. One piece of teriyaki chicken left? That's all you'll get. I understand that it's slow and you don't want to waste food but the customers that are there should have the same selection as a customer arriving earlier. Disappointing.
Also, the hibachi attendant was a bit surly in pressuring for tips. Not cool.
I expect I'll be back in the area periodically and now know where I won't be eating.
Also, the parking lot was ridiculously dark at night. Really? No lights?
